The action, he added, was achieved as a result of "the exchange of intelligence and monitoring and surveillance work among the units that make up the Cabinet of Security of the government of the Republic."
According to the agency, naval personnel detected the two people when they were traveling aboard a vehicle, so they marked the stop and proceeded to review the unit.
