The Attorney General's Office of the State of Zacatecas announced that the lifeless body of a young woman was identified, found on Tuesday on a road in the municipality of General Pánfilo Natera, Zacatecas. It is identified as a 19-year-old student from the Academic Unit of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics of the Autonomous University of Zacatecas.
The young Jennifer had been deprived of her liberty on Monday and her body was found in the stretch of highway from San Antonio de las Huertas (municipality of General Pánfilo Natera) to Villa González Ortega, the municipality from which she was originally.
The body of the young woman showed obvious signs of torture and gunshot wounds and was wrapped in a blanket
The young woman's parents identified the body in the Forensic Medical Service.
It transpired that the young woman had been deprived of her freedom and those responsible demanded a considerable sum of money from the family to free her; however, despite the payment of the ransom, she was left lifeless during the early hours of Tuesday.
