So I've notice that no one seems to report the deaths of gunmen that occur each and everyday at the hands of the military. And like always the cartels end up getting their asses handed to them. I wonder why no one ever mentions this or writes about this or are they in it for la nota roja or yellow journalism?? But anyways...

The Ministry of National Defense (SEDENA) reported a balance of six attackers dead, they secured four rifles, 92 magazines, two thousand 550 cartridges and a vehicle after a confrontation between military personnel and a group armed people in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas.

The Department of Defense through the Commander of the Fourth Military Region, said military personnel conducted patrols on Boulevard Canseco. He said that in defense of their physical integrity repelled the attack and killed six gunmen.

Or

Five criminals killed and one person was rescued after being allegedly kidnapped, was the result of a confrontation between the military and gunmen in the city of Tampico.

The Secretariat National Defense through the Commander of the Fourth Military Region, confirmed that the confrontation occured on Friday, in the colony Sierra Morena of the port city.

They seized four rifles, 12 magazines for different weapons, 293 cartridges of different calibers, three grenades of various types, a vehicle and three radios.

Likewise, it freed a male person who was allegedly kidnapped.

And I could keep going on and on...

In a separate action the Army and gunmen were involved in a shootout in Zihuatanejo; there are four gunmen dead

A violent clash between the military and an armed commando in the surrounding areas of Old Neighborhood Beach Adjoins, in this coastal locality left a balance of four dead gunmen, weapon and vehicles were secured.
