Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.- AEI police detained a woman for leading a gang of kidnappers in Nuevo Laredo Tamaulipas, after fleeing to that state of Nuevo Leon where her husband was imprisoned and that last Friday was executed outside of his home after receiving threats from an organized crime group.
The woman was the leader of kidnappers in Nuevo Laredo and was discovered when her husband was executed on Friday, December 28. She had an arrest warrant from the Tamaulipas authorities who immediately transferred her to the Nuevo Laredo prison 2 for the crimes she was accused of.
The husband of the detainee was executed last Friday, December 28 in Col. Nuevo Las Puentes.
The murdered man, in the New Las Puentes neighborhood in Apodaca, left the prison a month ago after serving a sentence for the crime of organized crime.
The crime of Fernando Medina Ramírez of 30 years was perpetrated outside the address marked with the number 441 of Cromo Street.
Relatives of the victim informed the authorities that upon leaving prison he was threatened by members of an organized crime group.
