It was at the height of Anaya Avenue in Calexico, or, Calle B, on the Mexicali side, when at 4:41 this Thursday, Border Patrol agents observed a person throwing packages over the border wall.
Immediately, the border agents came to the site and found a woman carrying a bag and moving quickly away from the place.
After an inspection, agents discovered 3 packages sealed with brown tape.
But during a more thorough inspection of the area, the agents discovered 3 more packages. The woman, a 43-year-old US citizen, was transferred to the Border Patrol Station in Calexico, along with the seized packages.
Once at the station, the agents inspected the packages containing a white substance similar to crystal, which was positive to the methamphetamine test.
