21:35 hours.- Tijuana BC May 27, 2015 (AFN) - In a raid tonight, were arrested on the River Zone, two uniformed members of the municipal police, among these a "control" when they were leaving Second Street downtown, allegedly on charges of extorting. Likewise there were two civilians under arrest.
According to data obtained by AFN, the detainees could be the Deputy Head of the delegation of Otay Mesa Ramon Rodriguez Lopez, and his assistant unofficially (as the first) was identified as Francisco Valenzuela. Both were traveling in a patrol unit double cabin with economic number P-0387. Asked about the Secretary of Public Security of the city, Alejandro Lares Valladares said the arrest was made in conjunction with ministerial agents and acknowledged, without naming names, that could be a 'sub-chief. "
