I felt a need to start a new thread on this fella. He is behind much of the friction going on in Reynosa at the moment and is evidently backed from Matamoros and he was linked up with Panilo before his escapism.
Latest on that front is a tapped conversation between him and Flaco Sierra going after Metro 56, and why not all the Metros when they are at it.
There were also reportedly an ambush on a Miguelito AKA Metro 56 caravan in the outskirts of Reynosa on March 28th carried out by sicarios belonging to Primito, Flaco Sierra and another one called Peña.
Sort of yesterday's news, but it hasn't been reported here so:
Armored cars found in Camargo
Staff of the 8th Military Zone discovered Monday night a camouflaged bunker that was hidden underground, inside which three vans were found with agency armor; that is, not artisanal - those known as "monsters".
The discovery occurred in the so-called Santa Rosalía gap, during walk tours of soldiers of the Mexican Army, in gaps located in the vicinity of Camargo . The trucks found are SUV and Pick Up types. Inside of them were 15 loaders for heavy weapons of large calibers.
The bunker was covered with dirt to camouflage its existence. The vans and loaders were transferred to the ministerial authorities for investigations and legal process.
Seems like the latest here is that Matamoros is hitting Reynosa hard and has taken the outskirts of the city. I cannot verify, but it seems the Camargo crew is against Matamoros after all.
Comandante Marin or Luis Carlos Marin Chapa was wounded in confrontations with Ciclones and Escorpion and is now in a Reynosa hospital. He was supposed to get support from Flaco Sierra, who never arrived, and he was pinned down against Matamoros forces.
Authorities identify Primito as Bartolo Rodarte Castillo and there is a picture:
He has previously been named Arnoldo Garza Martinez, which fits with him supposedly being brother of R8.
The Rodarte Castillo's Primito connection is from what I understand based on an arrest in Nuevo Leon in a Police Operation in Cadereyta in 2015, when he was accompanied by 18 other individuals in three vans, and at that time Bartolo Rodarte Castillo brought a gun with the legend "PRIMO CDG".
