Blockades and burning cars were recorded during a persecution and confrontation between armed civilians, allegedly belonging to the Northeast Cartel, with elements of the State Police and the Secretariat of National Defense (Sedena).
Various areas of the city were held incommunicado due to the risk situation generated by these events. It transpired that armed civilians shot the facilities of the Sedena i this border, which generated a persecution.
Theft of units circulating along the main avenues and bridges of the city was reported.
Social network users alerted citizens to avoid leaving since there was the burning vehicles.
So far the authorities have not issued information on these facts.
Upon the exchange of gunfire between the armed civilians, the elements of the Sedena and State Police, people began to run to take shelter between cars, while others entered the mall.
In the parking lot, at least two armed men got out of the vehicles to enter Walmart in an attempt to protect themselves, which caused chaos and panic.
In some videos that circulated on social networks can be seen as elements of the State Police enter the mall through a restaurant area in order to locate the armed civilians who were trying to flee, so people began to lie on the ground.
