Two Sons of Jesus Reynaldo "El Rey" Zambada Garcia Transfered to DF
Tijuana • Elements of the Mexican Army and the Tijuana Municipal Police arrested two nephews of the Sinaloa cartel boss Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada, who were found in possession of at least 20 kilograms of cocaine in a car traveling with their two bodyguards.
Officials from the Attorney General's Office reported that it is Omar Ismael Zambada, 23-year-old son of Jesus Reynaldo Zambada Garcia, "The King" Zambada, who last week was extradited to the U.S. to stand trial for crimes equivalent to organized crime, drug trafficking and money laundering.
Also, the military captured Rodolfo Sergio Cazares Zambada, son of Agueda Zambada Garcia, the latter who was kidnapped in Tijuana a few years ago, along with a daughter and niece, by members of the Tijuana cartel headed by Luis Fernando Sanchez Arellano, "The Engineer ".
The other detainees are Raul Palacios and Cristhian Villalpando, bodyguards for "El Mayo" Zambada's nephews.
At this time the Mexican army made the transfer of four prisoners from the Morelos barracks in Tijuana, for delivery to the Office of Special Investigations into Organized Crime (OFDI) in Mexico City.
