Our leaders should consider that thousands of us , perhaps millions , have left our country fleeing from something or someone and that something can be hunger ...

" That someone - is - Mireles text , may be the same armed actors : military , federal, state or municipal engaged in kidnapping , assault , murder and rape our families in our home communities with impunity they trays or give your credentials " Landside of law and order" signed by the governors in turn , who overlap and protect these thugs considered only way to enforce the law on the people of Mexico , who always harassing them through terror and disarmament at checkpoints and " reviews " supposedly routine , put them in the hands of those who are criminals so they can be kidnapped, assaulted or killed without protection or defense of any authority. For this reason our race migrates in search of safety and tortilla , that our country, with all its institutions , does not give you . "

"

Passed by the PRI , the PRD and Alternative

In addition to being the PRI in his youth , in 2006 , sponsored by Leonel Godoy Rangel (which in 2008 was governor of Michoacán ) , Mireles was registered by the PRD in the Alliance for the Good of Everybody in the place 25 of the multi-member list to integrate the Senate . Dr. Mireles was on the list for the Senate under Carmen María del Refugio Loya up Monica Serrano and Martínez Hernández , as recorded in the lists released by the Federal Electoral Institute .

Year and a half later and unable to integrate into the LX Legislature , led by the PRD Rosario Ibarra and Carlos Navarrete, Mireles found another political space and left the Social Democratic Alternative Party . For local elections in Michoacan, the November 7, 2007 , Dr. Mireles was enrolled as a candidate relative majority owner in the twenty district header Coalcomán in formula Ana Delia Valencia Chavez stamp Social Alternative , then headed Begné nationally by Alberto Guerra .

On the nomination of Valencia Mireles and Chavez, who is the wife of Dr. Mireles , Begné Guerra says that the registration of local candidates was the responsibility of state and non- executive committees of national, over which he presided .

However, Begné recalled that since 2006 called for support to Eduardo Medina Mora, then director of the Center
Research and National Security ( Cisen ) to have information about " dubious candidate " for federal elections .

Legally, Mireles criminal records are not an obstacle that has been registered as a candidate . In the electoral reform of 2007 to Cofipe a lock for political parties imposed the requirement not to have had a final judgment in criminal matters was established, but in 2008 was repealed by the Supreme Court of Justice .

From 2006 to date, the former Valencia Chavez candidate appears on a list of the Ministry of Social Development of the federal government , responsible for childcare facilities in Tepalcatepec .

Toll in Congress or the state legislature of Michoacan, Mireles entered the state government payroll Godoy Rangel , advisor for international affairs of the Ministry of Health , where he remained until 2011 .

" Want to redeem or does the dirty work ? "

A former police chief of Michoacan state who knows much of the history of José Manuel Mireles Valverde mentions that before he was detained in the prison of Uruapan , fifteen days after having completed 30 years, Dr. Mireles had been a resident Tepalcatepec over , who like many in the region had a special taste for hunting , hence his ability to handle weapons , like most of those who make up the base of the self .

Says it has no idea that his father, José Manuel González Mireles , is from his outspoken , but his mother , Margarita Valverde, is native to the northern state of Sonora because Valverde surname is not very common in Michoacan.

Former state official consulted for this study mentioned that Tierra Caliente and especially Tepalcatepec became an area of drug trafficking since the eighties , but had never recorded crimes against the general population , ie never had claimed dues , as local drug dealers kept low profile until they began to get national character cartels in 2000 as the gulfs , mushrooms , people Chapo Guzman, the Valencia, the Arellano , who started dispute the square with blood and fire .

Reports of the Michoacán state government said the brothers Juan Manuel Farías Álvarez , alias El Abuelo and Uriel Farías Álvarez aka El Paisa , who are sponsored from February 2013 the emergence of the self in Buenavista Tomatlán and outspoken criticism with goal of ending the Templars , which in turn are a division of the cartel known as La Familia Michoacana .

Uriel Farías was mayor of Tepalcatepec michoacanazo called when the government of President Felipe Calderon was recorded. The May 26, 2009 , Governor Leonel Godoy Rangel being , were arrested 12 municipal presidents, including Uriel Farías , but , like everyone else , was released .

The Farias - that Grandpa spent six years in prison , say the government reports, was the one who took care of him against both people cartel Los Zetas as allies of Chapo Guzman, when these criminal groups began to gain ground in the limits Michoacan and Jalisco , which is historically based operation and Jalisco New Generation Cartel .

Former state police chief says that the arrival of José Manuel Mireles Valverde on the national scene since February last year has two readings : it is redeemed , because they withdrew from the criminal activities in which he participated in the past and is sorry ; or she is doing the dirty work to the criminal group Los Farías , who quoted by local authorities for years is part of the Jalisco New Generation cartel

I don't see how he could "Begin his new life in the United States, after spending nearly 4 years in prison", unless he emigrated illegally, and there's no evidence of this.

The only way Immigration and Naturalization [as it was called in 1996] would issue Dr. Mireles a green card with a drug trafficking conviction, is if he had connections to someone in the DEA or CIA, and I find this highly unlikely. They don't have time for small time pot growers, they sponsor guys with multi-ton loads of coke.

Not only that, the fact that he MAY have grown some weed 20 years ago….doesn't mean anything, in terms of the current conflict, and his role in it.  There is nothing inherently evil or reprehensible about growing or selling marijuana in the sierras of Michoacan, or anywhere else, like Sinaloa, Choix, or Durango.  It's a way of life for farmers, who have been doing it since early 19th century.  It's an irrelevant point, and frankly one I'm tired of hearing or seeing, which I don't direct at any poster, esp. who posted this.  Just the story in general. If he was growing weed 5 years, I don't give a fuck.  He wasn't extorting businesses and avocado farmers, or seizing properties, etc etc.

Exactly! I don´t care even if they tace over the marijuana fields when they get rid of the Templars, all I care is they let the people, the innocent people of Michoacan live a peaceful life.

I said it before, the Government will crack down on the Autodefensas with all they have, including the media.

I'm assuming you saw the article about Sera's hearing being delayed, with the names of his co-conspirators, including the black guys in North Carolina. It says they have recordings of over 100 phone calls with Sera.

Yeah, It´s his brother in law, I think, the guy was stupid enough to tell cops he had just killed an ex-cop so they better let him go(a former TJ cop was gunned down a few days ago with a AK).

this records that no one has a copy...

the PGR said there is no criminal record of any time for Mireles.

Tex...this is such an old, dead story.  Like 8 months old.  At the time it was scrutinized.  there was a man with a similar name..."Juan"  who was arrested for pot growing.

So we are to think the US allows an ex con to not only get a visa but a resident visa to live in the US as long as he wishes.  I can tell you with first hand experience that is not how it works.

the atty genl last week said there is no criminal record and no ties to criminal organization, that they scrutinized and investigated deeply and there is none.

The way I see it.... the more people that don't like me, the less people I have to please

The 80's eh? Ask Ollie North et al. about that.

Maybe he learned the error of his ways. That was over 25yrs ago. I'm sure he wasn't into enslaving the populace while smuggling.
