Here's my best attempt to translate the text in the video to English. The original Spanish text is included at the end, so people can correct any mistakes. I left out a lot of the Spanish accents because they take me time to type :P

English

Miguel Angel Trevino Morales aka the Z-40, has been captured. This morning they captured the top leader of the Zetas cartel, Miguel Angel Trevino Morales.
Years ago everything was quiet. Only the government was our enemy. But a war began, due to betrayals. The traitors broke the rules.
The story of this new cartel began. Mr Lazcano with all his strength won territories by "thundering heads". He executed those who got in his way.
Always by his side was a young man with a child's face, named Miguel Angel Trevino. Trevino always dreamed that one day he would be the top leader of the cartel. This is how the violent story of a man named Z-40 begins.
From an early age he lived on the streets. He knows what it means to be cold and hungry. In some places they call street criminals 'bandits'. Trevino called it "the way to stay alive". He left his family and loved ones.
Seeking his destiny, he exchanged his toys for guns. He left his childhood behind and became a bandit. He soon met his new family. He began to associate with high-ranking cartel members.
Inside the mafia he became an important figure. He became a hitman and a drug dealer. Now the vest that he wore carried a very large letter on the chest: a Z.
Welcome to Mr. 40.
He buzzed through the cities, trafficking kilos through several places. He is no longer just a man; he is now a commander. The Z-40 was his new calling card, but what he never expected, happened.
He felt that the partners were already betraying him. A revolutionary war began; they were armed with guns and grenade launchers. Lazcano leads the Zetas, with Z40 always at his side. They formed a prestigious cartel.
Soon they controlled many drug trafficking routes. Who would think that in a confrontation, Lazcano was going to be killed in a confrontation. Now Trevino takes the reins, and is the top leader of the Zetas.
He left the sadness and the poverty of his previous life, choosing a life under cover instead. In his head, he is now the boss and controls the drug plazas. He became very famous, and was mentioned in many narco corridos.
But someone was waiting for him between Nuevo Leon and Laredo, and without warning, Trevino paid a visit by the government forces. The news was on the front page. In televisions, radios and magazines, the news that they have captured the head of the cartel, Z-40, leader of the Zetas. Now his younger brother Z42 remains as the leader of the cartel, following in the footsteps of Z40.
Friends and enemies, Mr. 40 is still alive, this does not end until it ends.

First of all, I welcome Mr. Feynman. He was an exceptional physicist at Berkley, but can't be you because he's dead.  Richard Feynman took particle physics to the quantum realm.  Hoping for a theory of perpetual motion, he opened many idea.

But, Z-40 this didn't concern him.  Z-40, Miguel, was violent, greedy and brought in his unwilling brother Jose, who became his horse buyer, after Jose left the masonry trade in Dallas.

Enamored by horses, led to the downfall of Miguel, witness the corruption at Ruidoso Downs in New Mexico.  Jose was his brother, and unwittingly cartel.  Z-40 is to be extradited to the US.  He will not rise above Luzcano or Osiel Cardenas, in power, but his violence was close.  Z40 hopefully will await a trial in US that will send him to hell where he belongs.  Miguel is sociopath, only for himself, with no regard toward humanity.

@Parro You got me, I'm not the late Dr Feynman, but I AM a (worse) physicist. Re "Z-40 is to be extradited to the US": do you know that for sure? I haven't really found any update on his situation other than that he was rotated between Mexican jails.
