MEXICO CITY, May May.- Police of Jalisco , the weekend suffered a wave of violence that left 15 dead, complained that senior officers of the security forces collaborate with organized crime .

A member of the Jalisco Single Force , created in 2014 to strengthen the government's ability to combat the cartels of the drug , told a radio that when they stopped a suspect must inform superiors who ordered release or not depending on the criminal group they belong to.

If the cartel that controls Jalisco in those moments, I ordered that he return the weapons and drugs and stay void the report or review. And the elements continue (his way), "said a member of this corporation to the station.

Another policeman warned the connivance of the groups narcotics with senior members of the One Force, "When you grab a member of the cartel and you phone the bosses, they'll say 'suck it up' and then say 'you know what, let go, it is people '(...) Logically there is something fishy. "

"The project (of the only force) is good (...), but the controls are useless," he said.

Last Friday took place in the state of Jalisco an upsurge in violence by the New Generation Jalisco Cartel , which took place 39 blocks of streets in 25 municipalities, which caused 15 deaths.

According to the governor, Aristotle Sandoval , events-in which organized crime knocked one military helicopter and forced to turn in the area the " red code "of security-were the result of the operation to arrest a capo in the area .

The spike in violence in Jalisco began on 19 March, when federal policemen clashed with a group of New Generation Jalisco Cartel, leaving a balance of eleven people, including five police, three criminals and three civilians outside the facts.

In response to police statements, the state prosecutor , Luis Carlos Najera said that those elements of the forces would be committing a crime, to inform the media rather than to the authorities.

That coupled with this, adding that all conversations by wireless Police are recorded and if they communicate by telephone "are committing a very serious irregularity."

The prosecutor added that the elements of the state are subjected to polygraph tests and confidence, and if not exceed them are "removed from the institution."

However, he acknowledged that there are police who are threatened by organized crime and that in this context "(agents) do not know where to turn."

"We have to give assurances to the police, more weapons and cartridges," he said.

One of the police officers interviewed also revealed the existence of a special team within metropolitan forces, known as Chipote group , which is responsible for placing evidence, for example, in homes, in order to "justify arrests" although there is no evidence.

"And everything in it are they (the police). It is plunder. As they say here, it's spoils of war, "said the agent.

Without knowing specifics, it was obvious that Mencho has some top level people paid off, or he wouldn't be walking around a free man, leading one of the largest criminal groups in Mexico, and constantly perpetrating severe attacks on public security which draw the attention of the whole world.
Those that say, don't know. Those that know, don't say.

My thoughts exactly... my theory is that he escaped from the downed helicopter, but of course no evidence.  And clearly someone tipped off CJNG before the Friday crackdown/hunt for capos for them to be so organized.  Attacks in 25 towns.

hello choco,

interesting theory about mencho being in the helicopter. i was wondering about how it was taken down, from reading on the mainboard (i think it was the mainboard) it said it was brought down by shooting out the rear rotor which i found odd, almost like it was "brought" down. then 3 military taken from the crash. would make sense to have them as cover if mencho was there.
saying that it was risky move if mencho was aboard. hard to tell what happened without pictures of the helicopter.
