"El H9", member of the Beltrán Leyva cartel, killed
In a joint operation with elements of the Navy, the night of this Friday was killed in Tepic, Daniel Isaac Silva Gárate, another of the leaders of the cartel.
The Attorney General of the State of Nayarit confirmed that after a confrontation in the town of El Ahuacate in the municipality of Tepic, Daniel Isaac Silva Gárate alias El H9 or Francisco Daniel, El señor de las Tanquetas, another member of the cartel of the Beltrán Leyva.
Since Friday morning throughout the municipality of Tepic, surveillance operations were carried out and at 10:30 pm reported on the confrontation between alleged members of organized crime and state police forces and the Secretary of the Navy.
The state agency confirmed that in a joint operation with elements of the Navy, on Friday night, H9, another of the leaders of the Beltrán Leyva cartel, was killed in the entity, after a confrontation.
In a joint operation with seafarers that began on Friday afternoon led by the Attorney General, Edgar Veytia, homes were found in the colony Ciudad del Valle residential area of the city and the hotel Fray Junipero Serra in the downtown area of the Capital and colonies bordering Plaza Forum, a commercial center highly frequented by the capital.
The H9 was located in accordance with investigations of state authorities and elements of the navy in the town of El Ahuacate to the municipality of San Blas, where elements of the Secretariat of Navy Navy of Mexico joined the operation with state agents.
In the place of the confrontation was a vehicle of the Nissan brand red color, recent model where the H9 was transported.
So far state authorities and agents of federal forces keep the area cordoned off and operations continue throughout the Nayarit capital.
These facts add to the dejection of Juan Francisco Patron Sanchez, "The H2" and who according to federal authorities, was the leader in Nayarit and his de Jalisco of the Beltran Leyva cartel.
With this confrontation, there are 16 suspects killed in different clashes in the capital of the state of Nayarit in less than 24 hours.
