I believe it comes from China.[don't know if anything from China is 'allowed' to be trafficked in Mexico].People are dropping like flies here in Western Canada big cities and small towns alike. Is it also a big problem in US?Apparently its a synthetic opiate 100X stronger than morphine and the pills are made spotty.[half a pill could contain the full doseage].

During the recent raids in that were supposedly related to Chapo's escape, fentanyl was seized at a house in Culiacan along with heroin, cocaine, meth, and marijuana. They said 165 "packages", so it's hard to know what the quantity was.
Those that say, don't know. Those that know, don't say.

You said Latin America?? I saw on the news a few months back about suboxone clinics opening up all over central and south america due to heroin flooding the streets.  Suboxone is a drug that helps heroin and other opoite addicts get clean.

México probably has as much of a problem with street drug usage as anywhere else. It's being produced in LatAm & it's cheap there. In LatAm, usage is generally highest among street (homeless/runaways/etc) teens.

You mean they send them "State Side". PR is part of the US, it's not a separate Country (yet).
