just someone
I wouldnt be surprised.  I personally know an alleged  Gulf cartel member, he had been indicted years earlier under sealed indictment in the US but he knew about it, so he would stay in Mexico and not in the US, he had protection from arrest in Mexico.  So to get him, the feds kidnapped him in mexico, brought him back to the US, and said they arrested him in the US.
Do the ends justify the means?

If one considers the activities of the various criminal orgs as an act of war--clear and present danger to the U.S., then, yes, definitely, assuming what its described here is accurate, whatever means is warranted. One does not try to counter a house break-in with a party, but, rather with a shotgun, out on the street curb before the perps get to the house.

Aw poor Golfa.... I'm so sorry he was tased and his daughters had lasers pointed at them! Maybe next time he won't fall into a life of crime and put his family at risk.

I demand the US Govt. pardon him and release him into Nuevo Laredo in the middle of the night, but first they must announce his release! =D
