El Universal.- The Attorney General of Colima reported that 69 bodies were found in pits located in the community of Santa Rosa, in the municipality of Tecomán.
The proceedings were carried out in two properties in the community of Santa Rosa, in the municipality of Tecomán; In total 2 searches were made, locating 49 pits with 69 bodies.
Due to the conditions in which the property was located, the execution of a search warrant was required, through which the first 19 bodies were located in 11 pits and the second search was made in an adjoining property, where they were found 50 bodies in 38 pits.
From the recovery of the first bodies, the Directorate of Expert Services began with the work of identifying them to provide notice to possible relatives of the victims. With the preliminary information that we have so far, there are no elements that indicate that there are minors among the corpses, but only adults, whose ages can be calculated through the aforementioned opinions.
