It sure is an interesting theory.  Everyone seems to be in agreement that Mencho does not need the money, so ransom seemed odd from the start.  Also, all of these bosses would not be needed for cash ransom as an attorney would have been involved in that.  How possible is it that Chapo could get little Mencho out of prison?  If the deal was done, is little Mencho free as in on the streets?

The amparo to move Chapo back was filed months ago. Menchito is bound to get out sooner or later and locating him isn't very difficult.

He has amparos for many moves but don't mean they been granted just to suspicious. Or u don't think how the Mexican governments man hunt to go find them didn't seem off.  How many people really go missing in Mexico and not a finger is lifted to make an effort to find them example 43 students....  They put retenes in every state near Jalisco michoacan nayarit Colima Zacatecas. When my dad got kidnapped shit they told us to wait didn't do a dam thing.  Just the whole kidnapping was off if mencho has money n from looks of it tijuana working fine for them why let los Chapitos go....  Only thing I can think of for reasons  for letting them go is menchitos life and the amparo might have been in process but looked very weird that they gave the green light the day after the kidnapping and government helping to find them and in a fast pace it seemed

And I will bet someone or some people in the gov got the ransom and personally, not to offset any costs to the military.
