Body found in a drum in Culiacan



CULIACAN. - The body of a man with gunshot wounds to the head was found in a blue 200 liter plastic drum filled with dry cement,.

The body was located around 3:30 AM Friday morning, on the banks of irrigation canal "La Compuerta" on the road to the agricultural area of Batan,just over 50 meters south Culiacán-Navolato highway.

The victim found in a 200 liter barrel and was partially covered up with concrete shoulders and there was a shot in the head.

Authorities still do not know the identity of the dead man, who according to agents' expert opinion was executed about 72 hours before the discovery.
