Military personnel arrested in El Carmen, Nuevo León, Francisco Javier Díaz Salinas, aka the "Chipiturco" who is considered Plaza boss for Los Zetas, in the municipalities of General Escobedo y García, en the same entity.

The Department of Defense made it known that the detainees were charged with various criminal activities in the municipalities of General Escobedo and Garcia, including false imprisonment and murder.
