That's some precise cutting work. Definitely not their first face-flaying work. Can someone translate what they're saying to him and his responses ?

And Parro: We can't relate to them because were not living that life. But if I would live that life, and our side would capture an enemy, i'd make him suffer too before his death. As revenge for the fallen comrades, and also, if the situation was switched, without a doubt you would receive the same treatment. At least that's how I see it, even though I'm not living that life.

HE is begging for water, which makes his suffering even more tragic.  Years ago I heard about a face peeled guy who was talking to the camera, but this is the first time I've actually seen it.

Hello everyone, unfortunately when you are in that environment certain things seem normal to you. Unfortunately, in hindsight, when you look backward you realize that you have only wasted another human life and in the meantime you are also degenerating more and more yourself. I also add that this is not how wars for business control are won which is what bosses are really interested in. I would look at these actions as a demonstration of the cultural degeneration of an entire society. Unfortunately Mexico will suffer for hundreds of years of these things, even if the drug trafficking will be defeated these things will persist.

SaE89, you are a sick bastard.  You'd make him suffer before his death as revenge for fallen comrades IF YOU WERE LIVING THAT LIFE?  You aren't living that life?  Reality check! Are you Colonel Sanders?  Sociopath Narcissim at it's finest. No excuse, but a bullet in the head for mercy.

You are welcome.  I'm not a psychologist, but  SaE89 you are sick if you could imagine you would do this if you were in that place.  If you can downplay such brutality and accept it as whatever, you have something immensely wrong with you on the mental side.  Get help

Alright there's no name calling here like 'sick bastard' and sometimes we say things like we would like to torture ( he doesn't say how)but don't really mean it but I don't want to have to put a lock on the post (hint, hint).

Victim is Cotija resident (viagra?), this sick bastard flaying is El Payaso.

https://laverdadnoticias.com/crimen/VIDEO-El-payaso-del-CJNG-despelleja-a-habitante-de-Cotija-Michoacan-20200407-0130.html

@Siderno:  I entirely agree with you!  There is ample historic evidence worldwide to support your premise.

I propose that the breadth of depravity in Mexico go back to the Aztecs, ... then the Spanish Conquistadors, La Revolucion, and now to narco times.
These many generations of planting evil seeds again, and again give us what we have now.    Mexico's history says it glories in bloody violence ... That it literally swims in blood, in a manner of speaking.

What I am saying is that one's past makes us who we become and do in the future.

Sometimes I listen to the lyrics of narco- corridos and marvel at the glorification of violence in this music.  One reason it is popuar, IMO, is because it is culturally a mirror view of Mexico.

So, based on horrific statistics, Mexico abounds with thousands of "damaged" witnesses and survivors of heinous acts ( add to this, pictures and videos).  Research on societal violence, indicates that the bulk of witnesses and survivors of violence cannot be good parents because of their PTSD issues (Weingarten, K. "Common Shock: Witnessing violence..." 2003).  So if you are a parent living in a village where sicarios extort, rob, murder, and rape or do as they please.  How are you going to raise your kids?  Normally?  I think not!

Obviously,  being a witness or a survivor of violence is not good intergenerationally...Or, todays violence guarantees societal damages for the next and more generations. Question:
can you name a single Mexican adult who can honestly admit that he/she is not affected by what Mexico has become?

I live far away from the Mexican border and sometimes I break out in silent mini-fits of anger at what Mexico has become. Homicidal... Suicidal.   Sometimes I actually feel depressed over the situation.
............
PS. HISTORY ...Things can change:  There was a time in the USA when Native Americans and Blacks were defined as savages... Then came Nazi Germany and the Holocaust where Jews defined as vermine aND exterminated by the millions.  I could also bring up Islam here..... worse than Mexico in many ways.
So, I am not picking on Mexico.  What I am saying that the horrors in Mexico are "natural" outcomes of its violent past.
........
Conclusion:
IMO: What to do?
STOP the cultural and systemic processes of making the next generations evil doers.  It is possible, the USA and Germany did.  I tend to think this is part of AMLO's agenda.

Hi sir Mosco, don't be fooled even the mediocre German who did atrocities to the Jews was mediocre and you never expected, they were normal 20-year-old boys who administered the extermination camps for example. The same happens in war when American soldiers do atrocious things or the boy who was previously in Holland now cuts heads with isis or the accountant in Calabria who dissolves a baby in acid or feeds a gentleman to pigs. I think I make the idea clear. Morover There are many people who also rejoice in these things, watching them. They enjoy seeing others suffer and so forth. Sorry for my english I use google trabslate.

I find the audio almost tougher than the video like gurgling and blood curdling screams of agony!Somewhat easier to watch without audio.I guess that's the last sense that goes before you die is your hearing that's why 1st responders are told to keep talking to an unconscious person from a car accident.I have to laugh ( or groan at least) on some of the comments after the video. Some are actually sexually aroused ( or pretend to be for trolling purposes)about the blood and gore like 1 speaking about 'eye socket sex'(say WTF)???!I'm sure a lot of Mexican sicarios on there ( they probably post them) comparing their 'methods of operations' when it comes to their 'dirty deeds' and looking for new methods of torture and perhaps just 'normalizing' what they do.I'm sure most though are just curious (and probably some BB readers too) but now I see why all the porn sites advertise there but many don't have to buy 'snuff movies.'
