Sad thing is, it's only Republicans pushing for this vote. I would've expected bigger heads to prevail and have at least some of the Democrats pushing for this as well, but I guess you can't sell your party down the river.
I hope Holder gets the axe though and it appears like he probably will. |
|
The documents Holder is refusing to submit to the Committee are ones he is legally constrained from releasing. Chairman Issa knew that when he specified those documents. This is a lot of election year Kabuki dancing, with the players depending on the average citizen not knowing the underlying details.

Obama and Holder and the rest of their mara don't want the american people to know anything more about their criminal operation. During fast and furious they forced US weapons dealers to unwillingly or unknowingly sell weapons to suspected and known buyers for mexican drug cartels. This was done to prosecute those US weapons dealers and to place further restrictions on all US weapons dealers and to further disarm the american people.
DHS tracks everything we do. If we refuse to give up our inalienable rights to privacy, to keep and bear arms, to own chattel and land ( and on and on ) we are called domestic terrorists. When we want information from them about their criminal activity they giggle at us and tell us no. Maras like to prey on the weak and disarmed. To hell with the Obama Mara. LOL, sorry but i had to laugh... code thinks privacy still exists in the united states? Did you get a look @ the article on the utah data centre in bluffdale?
again... Its not just the u.s.a thats gonna have everything monitored and tracked.. anyone who even talks to americans will be spyed on. The united kingdom passed laws earlier this year that mean all internet traffic is to be stored and sifted through.. And its not to keep the world safe from ''terrorists'' its simply because they CAN. Also two funny things i foundout recently about the national security policy, DHS/ border sec hasn't arrested a single terrorist trying to cross the border since 9/11 and CIA drone strikes that kill civilians are counted as kills on enemy insurgents aslong as the males are over the age of 20, doesn't matter if they're combatants or farmers.. the headlines always read the same.. drone strike kills terrorists.... Thats the policy. i think its only gonna get worse for people especially those in the u.s. Now they got people so worried about terrorists they will start pointing fingers at any american citizen who speaks out against the govt n calling them domestic terrorists n then its off to gitmo or some fema camp for BOHICA! guns wont help once the nsa, fbi, cia and all the other govt mafioso's have ya in their sights

I hate to say this but Obama isn't much different than your incompetent past president George "duh-d-Dubya" Bush. No raised taxes. Tax breaks on the rich. No restrictions on banks or wallstreet (criminals). Bank bailouts. corporate bailouts. Guantanamo still open. The war in Afghanistan continues. The war on terrorists continues. Super PAC continues. Oil companies still rule the world. China still manipulating it's currency. The economy still sucks. Congressional conflicts still exist. Political racial divides still exist. Obama is not a true democratic president. He is a corporate slave president. He is not the 'president that would save the middle-class'. He is a rich man's president. Very Republican. But he is not part of a conspiracy that is trying to create a campaign in the criminalization of guns. That is all bullshit conservative propaganda and it's roots are probably racial related. Attack the two black Democrats! You think that the Republicans give a shit about the Mexican drug war? They haven't done anything to help end the drug war or to protect the victims of this drug war both in Mexico and the U.S. The Republican's solution to the drug war is to build a border wall that (divides) Mexico to the U.S. If anything, the Republican's strategies are only worsening the drug war; The conservatives want to destroy many of the jobs that help protect our country. They want to cut back on federal and state jobs including Border patrol, police, teachers, consulate workers, etc. They want to reduce military benefits. The issue that the Republican's have with Operation Fast and Furious is strictly political and racial. They could care less about Mexicans who have died as a result of this war. But one Border agent gets killed and the entire conservative cult get their panties wet. Bush was the one who started an entire war on Iraq that has killed hundreds of thousands of people just for the sake of money. Why don't the conservatives ever talk about that? It feels good to have you on the BB Forum. You don't take shit from conservative ignorance, You speak your mind and you're funny as hell. * I wish more conservatives were like FRONTERA. He is traditional but he is open-minded and intelligent. He knows how to negotiate and still stick to his conservative values. The other ignorant conservatives can all go to hell (except for Buela Chivis, of course)

It's kinda sad how the Republicans are trying to sway attention from Obama's new immigration policy by using Operation Fast and Furious as a spin when it's obvious that Romney is shying away from establishing a clear immigration policy of his own. He knows that the latino vote may determine the outcome of the presidency in November in battleground states like Florida, Colorado and Nevada (all states that voted for Obama in 2008). So the Republicans are going out of their way to turn negative attention towards Obama by using the Fast and Furious scandal. The latino vote could determine who wins in 2012 and right now Obama has over 60% of the latino vote.
Romney is going to have to grab his balls and start to answer questions on immigration eventually instead of running away from standing by his conservative ideologies. Expect Romney and Rubio for 2012 as a political move to gain latino votes.

Not to mention, the Republicans are trying to divert attention on the student loan rates. In a week, the student loan rates will double to 6. The house of Republicans are doing everything to avoid attention on this subject. The president is trying to get this vetoed but it's the congress that has the power to do this but the Republicans want to raise the student loans rate to double of what it is now. Fast and Furious is just a diversion. Pure Spin coming from the far right.
Shame on those DAMN REPUBLICANS!

I do not know if its ignorance, selective memory or that people just dont have the attention span to keep track of all the bullshit politicians pull. Most have tunnel vision and their focus is very quickly shifted away from the stuff that matters to pics of kim kardashians massive ass.
I still remember that Gwb and cheyney used the iraq war to funnel money from the tax payers into their own pockets (halliburton anyone?all the insider trading that went down on 9/11) and not to mention howmany of their friends they hired to fix iraq after they intentionally bombed the shit out of it even tho it was the USG that put saddam in power, he had no WMD's,it was over 20 years since he used the mustard gas on the kurds, He had nothing to do with 9/11, They invaded ALL OF afghanistan supposedly because the taliban were ''protecting'' ONE MAN, Yet they took an elite covert team into pakistan to assassinate OBL without needing to invade an entire country and kill thousands of civilians and 12-14 yr old boys who thought they were just protecting their homes from invaders n they couldnt understand what it was all about. People who think things are as simple and are black and white are usually the same who think that the colour of someones skin can make them a better person somehow. Gen Petraeus is now the head of the CIA, He was the lead man in Iraq (THAT WAS A MASSIVE FAILURE n got LOTS of AMERICANS/IRAQIS KILLED) and he gets rewarded by giving him probably one of the best paid/safest jobs in the world. You only need to look @ the links between cia drug/gun trafficking and the military to understand why he got promoted instead of DEMOTED. Btw does anyone know where the majority of U.S troops dissapeared to after they pulled out of (Ran from/retreated) iRaq? i dont remember hearin of any massive welcome home parade... so whered they go if not HOME? something to think about cause they didnt ALL goto afghanistan....... also before the invasion of afghanistan only 10% of the worlds illicit heroin came from the afpak region.... now its 90% with all those american/nato troops keeping a close eye on things?hmmmm + cheers for ya kind words Aj. Some people need a slap across the face before they realize how ignorant they are being but since i cannot slap entire populations of people i will just have to settle for pointing out the TRUTH whenever i can and correcting people when they are clearly wrong/misguided.

@Baggy: What happened to the troops that came home from Iraq? Funny you should ask. A big chunk of them were Reserves and National Guard. Supposedly, they all came home and returned to their civilian lives and jobs. But just the other day I was reading that a whole lot of them came back to find that their jobs were gone.
See, the agreement is supposed to be, if you're in the Guard or Reserves your employer is supposed to hold your job for you if you get called up. But so many of these soldiers, etc., are finding that their positions have been eliminated, or their crews laid off, or even their companies closed down. Or, they've been replaced because they've been gone so long. USA!USA!US...a??? |
