Puebla, Pue.- Twelve alleged members of the band "Los Cuijes", responsible for the murder of nine people last July in Puebla including a police chief, were captured and seized firearms, vehicles and cash.




The detainees are alleged to have participated in the massacre on 2 July, when nine people were killed (including a police chief), one missing and two wounded (a regidor and an agent) left an armed attack on the town of Huehuetlan Grande, which - according to authorities - was due to a confrontation between bands dedicated to the theft of hydrocarbons.
